Each of us perceive and manage time differently. This module caters to everyone’s needs by providing a variety of tips and tricks in order to manage time. All participants can choose one or more of the tips mentioned, depending on what works best for them.

The module gives us an understanding of how the ever popular Time Management Matrix works and how we can make the best use of it in order to make the most out of the time that is available to us.

Exploring time management also involves dealing with the common challenge of procrastination. The module teaches us the below techniques in dealing with procrastination.

·  Eat the Frog

·  Pomodoro Technique

·  Timeboxing

Managing time and productivity, invariably consists of managing stress too. Hence, the module talks about 1st understanding stress and how the same can be managed. The stress management part of the module provides a holistic take in dealing with the topic at hand by talking about common practices to deal with stress and also Yoga practices that help deal with it. It also helps us understand the hormonal balance that we need to strike in our bodies by managing the below mentioned, to be as stress free as possible.

·  Endorphins

·  Oxytocin

The only place where there is zero stress is in a graveyard and hence to know how to deal with stress is related to how we deal with life.

The post assessment component of the module helps learners gauge learning obtained through it.
